In-house and in safe hands

VPI can print and convert on a variety of substrates, including both board and polypropylene, at our manufacturing plant in Hinckley. By keeping the manufacturing in-house we are able to trial and test, offering a high quality and carefully monitored end-product. The open invitation for our customers to audit our plant is testament to the pride we take in pursuit of the highest production standards.

Our printing press is set up to print UV, offering a wide range of finishes including Matt, Gloss, High Lustre Metallics, Pearlescent and Blister Varnishes. With such versatile equipment and systems in place, we can easily convert a wide range of materials – from ordinary boxboards to G-flute, Clear Polypropylene to Iridescent Polypropylene, Met-Pol to Holographic Foil Boards...
