What are VPI’s average turnaround times?
From receipt of artwork, approximately 2 weeks.
This is flexible and VPI can reduce this time if necessary.

My company is based in Scotland. Does my location affect delivery or times?
No. VPI has its own fleet of vans which operate throughout the UK.
VPI can also arrange for overnight couriers within the UK and overseas.

Do VPI work to any quality standards?
Yes. VPI works to ISO 2000 standards.

Will I receive a dedicated service?
Yes. VPI offers each client a dedicated account manager to provide a friendly and consistent contact.

I would like to have something printed that is not on your website – can you do this?
VPI will endeavour to meet any new challenges in packaging and design.
